Explore Our Streamlined Process

At PV Renovation Group, we have meticulously refined our process to ensure an outstanding customer experience in Athens and surrounding areas in Georgia. It begins with a friendly consultation to understand your vision and goals. This is followed by careful planning where every detail of your project is laid out, ensuring full transparency and awareness of budget, design, and timeline. Our skilled team then leaps into action, delivering high-quality craftsmanship while prioritizing minimal disruption to your life. Our streamlined and client-centric approach guarantees your renovation is smooth, timely, and satisfying, resulting in a space you’ll love.

  • 1. Getting Started

    We are thrilled that you are considering us to complete your project.  To get the conversation started, we ask that our clients utilize our Quote Request Form located under the Contact Us tab on our website, or at the link provided above. Here, you will be prompted to provide us with as much detail as possible about your specific project.  If you have pictures, drawings/sketches, or examples, then even better!  Please send those over directly to Michael@PVRenovationGroup.com with your name and contact information in the Subject Bar so that we know where to file this additional information. 


    As I’m sure you can imagine, our business hours are often spent on project sites, so phone calls directly to us may not receive the attention that they deserve, or may be missed altogether, so we do respectfully direct all of our inquiries to the website to book an appointment and we will follow up within 24 hours.

  • 2. Scheduling Your Initial Appointment

    It is our obligation that all of our prospects are contacted within 24 hours of submitting their initial quote request. A member of our team will follow up with you to set up an in-person consultation in your home or at your project site. At this time, we may ask a few qualifying questions to make sure that we fully understand your request and that we make the appropriate preparations before our in-person meeting. These questions help us understand the size and scale of your project, if permits will need to be considered, and how much time we need to allocate to the design process.

  • 3. In-home Project Consultation

    Referencing the information that you have provided leading up to this point, we will discuss with you every detail of your specific space, take measurements, and ensure that our proposal matches your vision. Expect this meeting to take approximately 1 hour.

  • 4. Agreement

    Within 3 business days of your in-home consultation, we will provide you with a formal proposal. During this time we invite an open and honest discussion.  We set appropriate expectations, project lead times, costs, and we discuss the financials – does this project provide you with a great return on your investment?  In the spirit of earning your business, we want to make sure that everyone comes out a winner! Our Terms & Conditions will also provide information on how we collect draw payments so that there is no confusion or anxiety during your project.

  • 5. Design Consultation

    Now that we have reached an agreement, it’s time to plan! During this follow-up design consultation, we will spend some time getting exact measurements for every aspect of the project.  We will discuss “the flow of the space” to maximize the layout, functionality, tile size preferences, and much more. 


    Our goal with this appointment is to leave you with a clear understanding of exactly who is responsible for purchasing particular items for the project and to provide a clear plan of how things will be executed.  From measurements and drawings to parking and dumpster locations….we plan for it all!  

  • 6. Material Shopping

    We are so excited to have come to an agreement! Now it is time to go shopping! We will provide you with all required coverage dimensions that we have available so that you can begin gathering items that will complete the look of your space…Check out our guide to selective items that you're responsible for purchasing.

  • 7. Pre-construction

    Once we get within two weeks of your scheduled project start date, a member of our team will schedule a follow-up meeting to review the approved quote with you one more time. During this appointment, we will revisit the overall design of the space, confirm important details, inspect the finished goods that you have gathered, prepare for the placement of construction materials, account for permitting documentation if required, and prepare you for what to expect throughout the construction process.

  • 8. Construction

    First, we take every opportunity to protect your home. Before things get started, we ask that you remove all of your personal belongings from the designated project site. It is our obligation to you that our team never leaves a job site in an unsafe condition, especially while unattended. Floor & wall coverings are always used, tools are gathered and stored safely in our trailers or in a job site box, and materials are stacked neatly in a safe location We are also dedicated to communicating each step of the project with you, divulging any discoveries that were unexpected during construction that need your attention, and answer any of your questions along the way.

  • 9. Final Walkthrough

    Once construction is complete and your home is in better condition than we found it, we will perform a post-construction review of your new space. It is during this time that you are asked to provide your honest feedback! Before we leave, we want to be sure that everything is functioning properly, that nothing is damaged, and that you are completely satisfied.

  • 10. One Year Warranty

    Unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon, at PV Renovation Group, we take pride in our workmanship and back it with a one-year warranty. Rest assured, we stand by our remodeling services, offering you peace of mind and assurance for a job thoroughly done. Your satisfaction is our ultimate goal.
